nipple questions

ok so like since i can remember i’ve noticed that in the middle of my nipple, there’s these tiny little white specks. i always thought it was normal but like today i was investigating them and noticed that if i like picked at them they would kinda go away.

so i googled it and everything that the internet is saying relates to breastfeeding mothers. i am 16, and certainly not breastfeeding.

idk i just get nervous when i feel like something’s wrong. someone let a girl know!
