Huge pinch- dull ache?

Question

Yesterday I was 6dpo- felt a huge pinch that lasted 30-1min. Wasn’t ovarian pain was centered and today 7dpo- I’m feeling like a dull Bach ache with some dull cramping centered also, nothing like AF. Anyone have this and lead to a BFP?! tww is terrible but I try to stay calm :)

I’m literally on 7dpo. Couldn’t wait and took a test. Obviously negative 🙄 people say wait between 8-14 days. I can’t help not test. Test addict. 😳 when are you going to test. Fingers crossed for us both
