I've never looked forward to af as much as I am right now. I finally got the premama unflavored drink mix and it says that if you have a regular af and you ovulate on your own then you should take your first drink mix on the first day of af. This way you wont have a chance to shift your cycle. Wish me luck🥰🤰❤
