Well Aunt Flo showed up 💔 this will be cycle 3. I am going to be completely overdoing everything this cycle. When do I start My opk? Also when do I start temping?

I start temping on cycle day 1 but sometimes I start right after AF instead. For OPKs it depends on how long your cycle is. I usually start OPKs like cycle day 6 just because I have a ton and don’t want to miss the surge lol
