Could I be infertile?

I am a 34 year old man with no children who is ready to have children have been trying for a year and some HELP!! What to do?

Call your OB. Get some tests done.

Request a semen analyses from GP or private clinique. Depending on results take it from there because scans and hormonal screening not covered by insurance are expensive. If everything is good with the sperm no need to worry and investigate further. Do you know if your wife uses any method to screen for ovulation like checking CM temperature and OPKs? Because if she does not you might have baby danced when she was not in peak fertility let say 6 or 7 of the months you tried. Knowing from my man even though we have been together 20 years and he roughly knowing my period timetable he can never ever remotely remember my fertility window so it is up to me to provide a subtle clue or two.
