Satisfyer pro 3 broken

So my favourite FAVOURITE TOY BROKE.

However the echarging symbol still comes up however won’t suck or vibrate and iv left it in charge for up to 24 hours hoping it would work afterwards. Iv tried the holding the off/on button down for 30 seconds or holding the off/on button and the suction button for 15 secondss. Nothings worked and I got a refund but iv been hoping it’ll just work.

I’m so sad it’s my favourite toy and was amazing

I have no idea what to do and I just want to cry
