Help please

Stomach is tight like really tight on my left hand side. It feels like a cramp that is not going away. It was there early this morning so bad that I threw up because of the pain. It was my full stomach that hurt all across with cramps that were not coming and going but just staying there. Its not off and on, it’s just a sharpish ache that’s not going away. I’ve had no bleeding. Help?
