Any advice?!

Y’all I’m so irritated.

My husband filed for paid family leave on March 26th, and we’ve been waiting and waiting for his debit card to come in.

Well today we just got a letter in the mail that he was denied for paid family leave. We’re like “wtf!!” Because it said to send in proof of paternity WHICH he did in the claim.

So like.. what do we do ? I’ve been trying and trying to call and reach them but the line is to busy. So is there a trick to reaching someone?
