We have roaches - saw 9 in 2 weeks

Exterminator is coming to put roach gel out. He said it is completely safe - I talked to three different people for 45 minutes lol asking questions as I’m 26 weeks pregnant and have toddlers and have never sprayed (nervous). They said it isn’t spray. And can’t hurt anyone

I dread having it done but don’t want to be infested

Someone help reassure me this is the best thing to do
