How much are you pumping?

My little boy is 4 months now (insert 😭 lol). I feel like my supply has decreased which is okay but I want to make sure it didn’t decrease too much. I mainly pump and bottle feed but I still nurse a few times a day as well. I’m not sure how much is normal tho. I think I’m pumping about 36oz a day currently (and pumping about 3-4 times a day).

I was pumping a lot more but was trying to decrease things a bit because I had an oversupply and we had to buy 2 mini deep freezers to store all of the extra milk I was making 🤦‍♀️ just hoping I didn’t decrease things too much.
