How long does it normally take for your body to heal after birth? I’m into doing yoga and gymnastics and I don’t want to think I’m healed and then start doing back bends and splits and hurt myself

Normally it’s 4- 6 week wait and you have to get the all clear from your doctor.

I’m on #4 and my last is now 21 mo. It took me a long time to heal from my last c section because I’m so overweight.

It depends on your personal case.
If it all goes well and you are physically very active before going in, you might only need a few weeks before you can do light exercises again.
Best is if you can clear the exercises in general with your doctor before getting back into them, because some exercises are only alright about half a year post partum, but you can start getting back into shape usually 4-8 weeks after birth, starting with lighter exercises.
