So I need boy advice...

So this guy I met on bumble around this time last year, we live in the same city except it’s pretty large and the area he lives in is about an hour away from the area I live in and we still have not met. It’s not that either of us haven’t made plans to meet but due to us living on opposite sides of town and him working nights and finishing up his last few semesters of college and me working two jobs and in school, we just could never find a good time to meet up. Anyways, we’re a year into talking and I’m just so confused. Some days he’s super into me and not leaving me alone in my texts and seems super interested and then there’s been days like this whole week where he seems super uninterested and couldn’t be bothered by my existence. It sucks because we don’t date because we haven’t even met irl yet but we have FaceTimed and the more we talk the more feelings I catch and I’m just not sure what to do. When I decide I’m gonna start pulling away, he always comes back and doesn’t leave me alone until he realizes I’m all in again and giving him my attention and then he starts to pull away. It’s getting exhausting as it’s been like this since the Summer of 2019 but I feel like I can’t say/do anything about it because I’m not in the place to make it a big deal. He also mentions me on his socials about how he caught feelings for me. Any advice on how to handle this?
