36 days late with liletta iud

Have had my iud since 5 weeks postpartum I have had it for over a year now and now I keep going longer an longer without my period but I will spot/light bleed for 2-7 days I know it could be normal but I have been feeling pain in my right ovary an pain in my back but right now Im spotting the pain in my ovary started before my period pains came on should I take a test an then call my doctor an tell them what's it doing please help
