Sleeping on a 30° angle?
So I’ve been sleeping on my left side using a pregnancy pillow from as soon as I found out I was pregnant and am currently 17+3. I’ve been waking up every night with a sore left hip, and just cannot lay on my side any longer, so I stack two pillows on top of each other plus my pregnancy pillow and lay slanted on a 30° angle if that makes sense?
Just wanting advice on if sleeping like this is safe? I’m not flat on my back but I’m worried sleeping like this may still be putting pressure on my baby somehow?
