Pelvic pain
I’m 23 weeks and for the past few days I’ve started to have pelvic pain. It’s hard to explain but it’s mainly where my thighs meet my groin and around my sit bones. It basically feels like I pulled the muscles around my vagina....NOT comfortable at all! I’ve been trying to keep up with exercising a few days a week but it seems to get SO much worse after I do. Has anyone dealt with this?? Any tips for relief or prevention would be appreciated
