Can you feel effacement/dilation?
FTM here. Can you feel this happening? I’m almost 36 weeks and I’ve been feeling a lot more pressure/twinges down there. Nothing too crazy painful and no real contractions, but I’m just wondering if you can “feel” cervical changes. I have my 36 week appt tomorrow so I’ll ask then, but I’m just curious!
