Usually when an uncircumcised man is aroused his foreskin will sort of pull back on its own. At least that’s been my experience.

Having had both. I can tell you that honestly there's little to no difference. When an uncircumcised penis is fully erect the foreskin rolls back anyway. It felt the same in my mouth. That's my opinion anyhow
