no foreplay please help

My husband and I been together for 12 years, Married for 6 years. We have 2 children. on 5 years old , 8 months old. Since I was pregnant till now my husband never did any foreplay just did the penetration. No kiss. no touch. I am starting to feel that he is not attractive to me anymore. I have NOT been orgarms either. When I told him, he said we don't have time. doesn't matter the kids is always sleeping. He just want to do the penetration and at the end he is the only on that always satisfied. what should I do? Help please.
