Help!

So my daughters sleep has been off for about 2 weeks now but last night was just awful. Went to bed at 8:30 (a little later than normal but only by about 15-20 minutes), she went down pretty easily. At 11:30 she woke up screaming bloody murder. She was inconsolable. I tried everything. She would eventually settle in my arms but the second I moved to put her in her crib she was back to screaming. I tried rocking, singing, sushing, patting her butt, rubbing her back, changed her diaper. I held off on nursing because she nursed right before bed and I knew that it would be more of using me as a paci (she won't take an actual paci anymore). I even made my husband get up and try to comfort her. She was full on screaming and crying this whole 45 minutes I tried. She did the same thing with him, would settle in his arms but the minute he stopped rocking she was screaming again. Even after I nursed her she was crying and would scream if she wasn't being held. I eventually got her calmed enough after 30 minutes to where I could put her back in her crib but she still rolled and crawled and whined and cried for another 20 minutes before she fell asleep.

She is teething and I actually staggered motrin and tylenol last night. She usually only gets tylenol. She's never acted like this with any of her other teeth and I just don't think that it's the issue.

She's been waking more often but has been easy to get back to sleep.

She ate a full dinner and then nursed before bed so I know she wasn't hungry. Before she went on this awful sleep pattern she was going 6-7 hours before waking up to nurse.

I'm thinking nightmares but what are we supposed to do about that? She sleeps in a crib in our room. We've been building an addition to our house including her room so I don't have anywhere else I can put her.

TLDR; think daughter's having nightmares. I'm so tired. Any advice is appreciated! Does anyone have night lights in with their one year old? Does it help?
