Looking for any type of possible positive outcome from this

I went to the ER on March 28 because I just felt odd. They confirmed I was pregnant with a gestational sac that measured 5w2d. No baby or heartbeat yet... I went for what would’ve been my 9 week scan, and they said baby was only measuring at 5w6d with a fetal pole, yolk sac, and gestational sac. No heartbeat again. They mentioned a MMC ... my HCG levels are still going up. 3/25- 874, 3/28 3,096 4/4-19,998 4/18- 68,098 . Is it possible they measured wrong or I ovulated late? Or is this most likely a MMC? Im fairly certain on my dates because I got BLAZING positives on March 21. :( just looking for any type of positivity
