Please help! When should i test? Irregular period confusion

Hi! I’ve always had irregular periods but it seems I may have ovulated sometime between 4/10-4/14. I had sex on the 10th and 13th. I started cramping on the 19th-21st and had some light spotting. I’ve been dealing with random cramping, sore breasts/nipples hurt and nausea. No idea when my period should or would start. It shows up when it wants too lol

When should I take a test? Could I get a negative now and still be pregnant?
