First cycle with vitex

Currently about 10 dpo. Got peak CD 16. BD day before and after peak cause husband was sick. My question is, who felt weird their first cycle with vitex? I've been dizzy and nauseated last two days. I'd like to rip off my nipples and fling them into the ocean. I'm bloated and having weird ass cravings. Which, could all be PMS too so I'm not holding my breath. I started taking it because I was having short LP( less than 10 days) my cycles have been 24-27 days, and I'm on day 27 with the only signs of AF coming are intermittent cramping, and very scant, very light brown/pink cm when I wipe, and not all the time. I have a liner on. Nothing there. What's really messing with me is that my bbt drops like a rock usually around 6-7 dpo so I know AF will be there within the next three days. I had another low (97.14) reading around CD 6-7 so I was expecting my old friend. The next day it was 97.46, yesterday was 98.22, today was 97.88. So, literally who even knows?

Did vitex mess with you this much the first month? It's already gotten me a sufficient LP that I'm happy even if it's not my cycle.
