Need advice

How do you bring up to your partner that you want to have a child? We had a miscarriage last year and I’m at the point in my life that I’m ready to be a mom. He’s younger than me so I feel like that could be an issue, but I’m not worried about trying to convince him or anything like that. If he doesn’t want one then I will clearly need to move on, I just don’t know how to bring it up. We’ve been weird about the topic since the miscarriage happened almost a year ago. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
