Dryness PLEASE RESPOND

I’m only 24 and my vagina is extremely dry. Even when I’m aroused it’s like nothing is happening down there. When I’m ovulating it helps with moisture but other than that it’s dry. We used spit and Ky and eventually it drys out. It makes me sometimes not even wanna have sexual intercourse with my boyfriend because I feel like I’m not pleasing him and also it’s kind of discomforting. I’ve truly had my amount of sex in my 24 years. This started happening around three years back when I picked up smoking. Im planning to quit ASAP but I want to ask anyone who was a smoker who no longer smokes did this occur? My GYN doesn’t really give any great tips but to use more natural lubricant but it’s so hard to deal with having to use that when before I would literally leave wet spots. Idk please respond! I’m so embarrassed to talk about it because I’m so young and everyone around me just brags about getting so wet.
