Concerning symptoms but OB never got back to me

Mainly just a ramble to get my thoughts out. Called my OB office after hours number tonight around 7:30 because after talking to some friends they told me my symptoms definitely warrant at least a check in. Turning 27 weeks this weekend and for the pst week my vision has been going wonky. Started just seeing lights out of the corner of my right eye. Identical to lightening bugs. Over the week it has increased in frequency, now have it in both eyes since yesterday, and have trouble focusing my eyes sometimes. Having intense sinus pressure in my face/head. Not headaches but specifically feels like pressure. Even told my dad earlier this week I thought I was getting a sinus infection and my face felt puffy. Still have the pressure/pain but really no other sinus infection symptoms. Also have been having swelling in my hands and feet with some numbness in my upper arms. Anyway, they said they’d page my OB and she’d get back to me shortly. Now 2am and never got a call back. Not upset really just kind of nervous. I wasn’t even going to call this weekend until everyone told me to call and be safe rather than sorry and of course now that I haven’t heard back I’m super nervous. Not sure if this warrants me trying again tomorrow/Sunday or just wait until Monday like I planned 🤷🏼‍♀️ don’t have another appt for another week and a half and don’t have a way to check my BP. Again just me rambling because we haven’t really told anyone about the pregnancy so I talk most things out here but we shall see.
