Fell asleep with a heating pad .. worried !!

Alright so idk if anyone knows what those little bean bag hand warmers are it’s like this tiny little sac an you shake it to make it hot an it is supposed to warm your hands idk my fiancé has some because he works construction I’m assuming idk I never really asked him but whenever I’m cold he always gives me two of them. So last night I got two an I had fallen asleep with it an woke up to it on the right side of my stomach an those things get pretty hot if you hold them for a long time an after a while they stop working. Well anyways I woke up to the very heated part an I’m 13 weeks pregnant I got scared because idk if it hurt the baby or overheated the baby an I’m really worried. 😳 I feel so stupid I feel like its my fault idk I’m hoping everything is ok but it’s still worrying me. I didn’t mean to fall asleep with them they were in my hands when I fell asleep I’ve slept with them before an woke up with them still in my hands but this time I guess not. 🤦🏻‍♀️ ugh so ... what are your opinions??
