What does this look like?

My daughter had a high temp, but not high enough to be a fever, for two days. We assumed it was from her three molars that are currently cutting through. Then yesterday this rash appeared. It is on her back, torso, groin, hair line, and behind her ears. They aren’t blistered and aren’t on her hands mouth or feet. She doesn’t have any other symptoms of being sick.

I truly don’t understand how she would have gotten a virus because we haven’t been outside of the house in a month and get all our groceries delivered and wipe the down before putting them in the house 🤦🏼‍♀️

But I don’t see how this could be anything other than a virus? Or maybe hives from an allergic reaction? She didn’t any any new foods or any new products...

I wanted to ask here before going to the pediatrician. Id rather not go to the doctors office during this pandemic if they can’t do anything for a viral infection anyways.
