Help the pain is crazy

So I just found out yesterday that I have herpes in my mouth super bad tongue gums lip throat and on my vagina going towards my rectum I need help this pain is crazy they said I most likely will not have another break out this bad but Idk what I’m suppose to do I dread peeing my mouth hurts I haven’t been able to eat in acouple of days please any suggestions and yes I’m on valacyclovir pills 3 times a day for 7 days started this morning and I’ve had symptoms for almost 7 days now
