Hcg levels dropped!! HELP! 8 weeks 4 days to 8 weeks 6 days

Hi Everone! I need some advice as I am having extreme anxiety that I may be having a miscarriage. Saw baby early April, heart beat 125bpm was 7 weeks.

On Monday 4/20/20 I was extremely nauseous and when I went to pee I wiped and there was some pink (soaked into TP) and little brown cervical mucus on top. I went to check every 5 minutes to see if there was more and only a little the next time I went. Nothing since...

4/21/20. I called my doctor and they had me get hcg bloodwork. Came back 158,000.

4/23. Get second blood hcg draw comes back 143,00

4/24 Friday. Doctors office calls and says levels have dropped but could be common for how far along I am and that I will need an ultrasound.

I couldn’t get in on Friday and I have to wait until Monday so of course I am freaking out!! I have had some mild cramps which I have had this whole time and I do feel some nausea the mornings.

Has this happened to anyone else and the baby turn out to be fine?!? I am trying to think positively!
