What method should I choose???

Ladies I need help!!!!! Kind of long, sorry.

I’m due with baby number two in 5 weeks, I am completely done having babies after this one. I’m torn on what I should do about birth control. I went into my pregnancy saying I am going to get a tubal ligation after delivering but things changed and I switched to a midwife at a catholic hospital and they obviously don’t do them. It’s out of the question for my fiancé to get a vasectomy, his insurance won’t cover it and I’m not paying for it.

In the past I have used multiple pills which never work with me. The pills either make me bleed for 8 weeks straight(no joke) or I just forget to take them cause I have a lot going on in life. After my pregnancy with my first I opted for the Paraguard IUD and I HATED it. I hated how it made me feel, i hated how I couldn’t comfortably wear tampons, I even hated how I immediately felt back to normal after the removal. I dealt with a heavy feeling daily until I removed it two years later and I was so mad I let myself feel miserable daily for two years.

Does anyone have any experience with any other types of IUDs that you absolutely love and would recommend 10x over again? Or should I suck it up and find a doctor that will do my tubal ligation without having a long standing doctor/patient relationship?
