Help.. If baby doesn't sleep well in day and is fussy with feeds could this be why she's up every 1/2 hours? So am I feeding g her right examples in comments to save me doing another post

Shes 4 months so I'm aware of the sleep regression that's why she is possibly up every hour but previously its maybe 1.5-2 the odd time maybe 3.

Looking online for advice and a few posts about if baby doesn't feed well and sleep well in day it can affect night?

I dont know if in feeding or doing it right.

For us she will wake up sometimes play and then feed play feed

Or she feeds plays feeds.

Example... wakes up plays a bit feeds fusses has enough winds...plays some more...starts to whinge wheb tired soo may feed some more and sleep or fuss and cry might take some or will take a few attempts until she does and then to sleep.

When I say play shes 4 months so that's just play mat or tummy time ect
