OPKs 🙄
I’ve noticed that my opk results are directly correlated with how concentrated my urine is. So no matter what day of my cycle it is, I will always get a positive if my urine is super concentrated and I will always get a negative if my urine is diluted.
Anyone else? This makes me think OPKs are super unreliable.
