Bbt temp
I’m completely new to bbt temping and I have an irregular cycle (apparently, not PCOS, though 🤷♀️) so, please, bear with me. My temp was pretty constant for a few days, then, went up a little yesterday and dropped 0.45 degrees this morning. Does that mean implantation or period or do I wait until tomorrow to see if it’s changed again?
