36 weeks and I took Advil?

My head was hurting so bad and I was at my MIL  house and all she had was Advil and I took 2 Advil’s they were both 200 mg so I took a total of 400mg and is that okay???

Advil is not pregnancy’s friend. Don’t panic. You should talk about that with your doctor tomorrow.

Definitely need to avoid that and don’t take more. You may call your doctor and just let them know you did take that amount. If your head is hurting and you don’t have Tylenol try drinking caffeine or resting in a dark room. I always carry Tylenol in my purse or car, along with tums!

You're not supposed to take ibuprofen (that's what the brand name Advil is) in the 1st or 3rd trimester, but there's no cause for concern over taking it 1 time.
