1 year old question?

Hello, I have a 13 month old and since she was a baby she would always sweat so so so much when she’s falling/or is asleep. But recently her sweating has gotten worse. The room could be cold and she’s not over dressed but she still sweats a lot from her head specifically, could this be because she is teething? She recently started teething her molars and has been the baby from hell but could this also be causing her to sweat more?? No fever just sweating.
