My boyfriend has been distant..

Recently, my boyfriend has been acting selfish. He doesn’t help me with making food/cleaning/laundry/our dog. I have to beg him and BEG him to do something for me. He stills helps me out in some ways like coming with me to friends houses, lending me $10, but when it comes to our living situation, he would rather get high and play on his phone. He doesn’t want to take the dog out, he doesn’t want to make dinner, he doesn’t want to clean anything up, doesn’t wanna do any laundry. I just can’t help to think “is this how I want to live the rest of my life?” cleaning up and feeding 2 people while the other person just sits on their ass? He works a little bit more than I do and we make the same amount of money, so there’s no excuse like “I’m just too tired”.. when I was working 50 hours a week, I still did majority of these things on my own. This is how it’s been for years but now it’s gotten to the point where I don’t even wanna have sex, or get attention from him anymore because it’s just so unattractive and annoying to see someone not care about anything and not take care of themselves. He has no responsibility and doesn’t take care of himself in anyway. He can’t even bother to kill a spider for me even if I beg him. Like what the fuck? I don’t get it.
