my boyfriend doesnt want my nudes

my boyfriend and i have been dating for over a year now. he’s a very vanilla type of a guy and my ex was the complete opposite. at first i thought that it was really sweet because when we would have sex it would be very loving and sweet, but it wasnt like hot you know? anyways, because hes so vanilla i wanted to try something new, maybe hes vanilla because he hasnt been exposed to anything but he doesnt want to try. hes vanilla to the point where he rarely initiates sex. its always me initiating and he says he doesnt want to initiate because he doesnt want to pressure me into having sex (which was sweet because my virginity was taken by a rapist and he knows that so he is being careful). but after when i told him how i feel insecure because he doesn’t initiate sex he felt bad and today he was being more ‘aggressive’ than usual and it was hot and we had amazing sex and he filmed me giving bj with my consent obviously. then he deleted it! because he is not ‘that guy’. so i asked him, when we do long distance next year because we are both graduating from college and will be apart for a bit are we going to be sending nudes. and this boy. this boy. this freaking boy said that he doesnt want to!! what the hell?! what kind of a guy doesnt want nudes?! and he doesnt want to send anything either!! he has never ever sent dick pics before. basically i can’t tell if it’s me or what and i dont know if we are going to last long distance because i like sex and i like my boyfriends dick is a very pretty dick and i want to look at it. i mean is it me? what should i do?

update: thank you all for the advice. and yall are right i was being very self centered. i think i was just wrapped around the stereotype that all guys are horny especially in college and i took it too personally.

bc of my history with guys i definitely thought that guys wanted me just for my body so although very weird i thought that it was an issue of my boyfriend not wanting me or not being attractive enough for him.
