When to call doctor?
My boy has woken up with a slight fever of 100.4 for the 3rd day in a row.. he’s super irritable and just so unlike himself. He has one tooth and the other is about to pop through. Could it just be from teething? I really don’t want to take him out if I don’t have to.. FTM and any suggestions or advice are welcomed
