Family announcements during COVID?

Hi lovely ladies! I'm about 7 weeks with my first and my husband and I are waiting until Mother's Day to announce to the majority of our families. I REALLY wanted to let most of them know in person, but since we're being good and social distancing (especially from grandparents), that's looking like a heartbreaking impossibility. I'm really close with my grandma, so I wanted to send her something, maybe incorporating our first scan we'll get this Friday, but I'm not sure if a card feels too impersonal and I don't like the idea of sending a onesie as an announcement. Anyone have any other ideas? Or if you've already told family, how have you done it?
