Teething gums?

My LO is 6 mo and has became a fussy, cranky mess. Low grade fever daily, extreme irritability and crying, lack of appetite and disruptive sleeping. Teething gums? I have no clue. My 1st daughter never showed any signs of teething besides the drool.

Fever during teething is a myth but everything else does sound like teething. There’s also the 6 month sleep regression.

Yes teething. I gave my son Tylenol if he was having too hard of a time such as having a fever and what not. That always helped for us tho. They say if adults had to go through teething it’d drive us crazy or so I’ve heard lol
