Is Metamucil safe?
I’m anemic & about 30w pregnant. My doctor has put me on iron supplements. Well it has severely slowed things down & I can’t go to the bathroom 😩.
Is Metamucil safe? Or what works best for you mamas? I HATE prune juice & cant even get it down to drink it so thats not an option ive tried & threw up lol
