CM after ovulation?

So I’m 4 days past ovulation and typically after that I don’t have any CM. Yesterday I had some that was clear, sticky, and a little gummy looking (sorry, tmi) and last night there was a little bit kind of resembled fertile CM.

This morning I took an ovulation test just to see what would happen and it was negative but it was on the higher end of negative.

I’m just confused on what this means. I had a positive ovulation test during my fertile window and fertile CM.

Does anyone know if this means anything? Or if it means nothing?
