Not sure what to do?

I am 25 years old & I'm diabetic! I got pregnant in 2013 & miscarried at 9 weeks, baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. I was told it could be due to my diabetes being out of control my A1C was a 10 or so. I got pregnant again in Dec 2015 & miscarried at the end of Jan 2016. Baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. Again was told it could be my diabetes as i didn't have it under control my A1C was a 10 still. I got pregnant in March of this year but before getting pregnant, i got my sugars under control my A1C was 6.5 & everything was looking good. Well i jst went in for an ultrasound & im supposed to be 8 weeks but baby is only measuring 6 weeks with a heartbeat of 108, Dr said it doesn't look good as i had an ultrasound 2 weeks ago & baby was measuring 6 weeks then. What can i do at this point? I feel like there's something wrong with my body. I need answers! Has anyone else experienced something similar? If so what did they do? Any specific testing i should do now?
