Eczema or Psoriasis ?

Question

What is the difference? Is one dangerous or just worse than the other? What does it mean long term? I hope I don’t sound stupid, I was never taught and I genuinely want to know.

Whichever it is, it’s definitely not severe, but as a mom I don’t like to see anything wrong with my little one. Which is why I just wanted to come on here and ask for some tips on at home treatments that were successful for your babies💕

It looks a little like eczema, but I’m no dr lol. My son has it all over his body. Like literally everywhere. He had it on his privates, under his eyes, on his eye lids, cheeks.. it was brutal. He still gets patches but thankfully as he’s gotten older it’s gotten better. We have 3 different creams one For body patches, one for face patches, & one with an antibiotic in it for the patches that split open. 
So we just limit bath time, around 5-10 min baths max, & warm water not super hot. Use unscented wash, no bubbles on the bath or anything like that. Oatmeal baths every once in a while. Dry him as best we can, apply prescription creams (if you have any), then pretty much cover him head to toe in Vaseline, excluding his hair obviously. Twice a day morning & night, maybe a mid day of its winter & he’s having issues. He has a humidifier in his room. we use unscented/clear laundry detergent as well. I’ve found specifically with my son, the less dairy he has the better his skin, but that kind of depends on the baby.
