Ladies with Lupus

I’m 25 and I have had two kids and most of these issues started after having kids. My current symptoms are joint pain, fatigue, I have pain in my left arm pit radiating down my left arm (I know these are heart attack symptoms) but I feel like it’s more bone pain if that makes sense. It’s the feeling of when they put the blood pressure cuff on and it squeezes too tight. If anyone knows what that feels like. I have the butterfly rash and have for some time now. It comes and goes. I get random sores on my body and scalp but I do have eczema too. I just feel unlike myself and always worn down no matter how much sleep I get but again I do have 2 young children ages 3 and 1. Should I get blood work done and talk to my doctor?
