I’ve done it and never had a bad experience but some people do . I would never do it alone ( without someone completely sober that I trust 100000% ) I would always make sure I was in a safe comfortable space . And start with a little . You don’t want to do a lot your first time . I haven’t done it in yearssss and I’m not sure I would anymore . Maybe if it was a special occasion or something . And before I did it I did as much research and what not as I can . I made sure I was completely ready for it . And honestly I think it helped with my depression . But I’m not a dr or anything so who knows.

I know someone who did LSD once and now he can’t see straight lines. Like when he looks at wooden floorboards they look crooked and wavy to him. 
I also know several other people who have done it and are fine. 
But not worth the risk to me...
