Can i put my car under someone elses name?

So i bought a car under my ex boyfriends name. I know stupid of me because i dont have my license. Well we arent talking anymore because i moved on and expecting a baby with someone and so i dont want my ex under my car. Can i change it to my dad instead? If so, do i have to go to that car dealer where I purchased my car and have my dad go in ? I dont know how to change the name of the person. Or can i call? Im just dumb the fact that i dont have my license due to me having panic attacks and anxiety and nerves , im working on it though i have my written test in May and gunna try to pass it this summer.
