PLEASE pray for them. 2ND UPDATE

Here in the next town over from where I live, an Amish family was crossing a low bridge on horse and buggy, and since its been raining nonstop today, there was tons of water over the bridge, and it ended up washing the horse and buggy off the bridge. It was a mother and her 5 children, ages 12, 11, 5, 2, and 1. The mother was able to climb to the bank with the horse, but all 5 children were washed away. There are currently many search and rescue teams looking for them with no sign of the kids yet. I will update if I hear anything. Just PLEASE pray for the mother and father of these kids, and for the children themselves. I cannot imagine the horror.

UPDATE #1

From what I have read, the 13 year old has been found alive, but I’m very bad condition. They are still searching for the remaining 4 children. It will be a miracle if any of them survive considering the amount of time they’ve been in the water.

UPDATE #2

Our search and rescue teams have been working all through the night nonstop. 4/5 children have been found. They are dead, one is still missing. The mother made it out alive, she was the only one with the children. Yes, this is in Kentucky. My heart is aching and my stomach is in knots. Please pray for these parents. Pray for the mother that God would comfort her amidst the calamity and remind her that He is sovereign.
