So. I’m on my period and my emotions are a little more than extra today. I looked at myself in the mirror and just saw my fat. I told my fiancé I was fat and ugly because that’s what I saw in that moment. He didn’t say a word.

He goes out to do Grub Hub for a couple hours and comes back with a bag of my favorite and what I’m craving for: chick-fil-a nuggets. Or so I thought.

Inside. There was a note that read: “call yourself fat and ugly again, and I’ll ale a video of me eating next time.”

I’m just sitting there like, “my nuggies 🥺”
