Self confidence
Hey everyone so I’m about 170lbs and I have 2 kids now a 2 year old and 3 year old. I honestly hate my body now I feel like I just look like a blob now. I have hanging skin on my stomach which I never had until I had my kids before my kids I was 150lbs and I had mostly a flat stomach and a big butt and big boobs now I just hate my body so much. I want to lose weight but I sometimes have no motivation because I have bipolar disorder and the depression is so bad plus the anxiety is terrible that it just keeps me from motivating myself. Does anyone have any tips?
